Pisciottana
The colour of the cultivar Pisciottana is a deep green with shades of yellow.
This oil smells of green olives and olive leaves, not forgetting different varieties of vegetables: radicchio, radish and lettuce. The taste has no secrets: it is immediately clear the fresh flavor of artichoke, wild chicory and medical plants.
The oil has a strong character and a complex structure: the obstinate piquancy and the bitter taste of wild vegetables give life to a well-balanced combination creating a fresh sensation in the mouth and an aftertaste of medicinal plants specially a mint sensation.
Gli oli extravergine di oliva Monzo sono realizzati solo con varietà locali cilentane tutte provenienti dall’azienda agricola Pietrabianca. La molitura viene effettuata nel frantoio aziendale e il prodotto è sempre imbottigliato all’origine.
